Oxide Hookah Shipping & Handling Information:

Please review the following shipping and handling policies by Oxide Hookah Canada. Below are shipping details on your order within Canada and International final destinations.

Local Orders (Calgary):

For local orders you have the option at checkout for Delivery or you may request local pickup by contacting us directly. Minimal local pick-up value must be no less than $50. We are an online store with a warehouse in Calgary, AB, Canada. If you choose to do a local pick-up please contact us ahead of your purchase to schedule time for one of our staff to assist you. Our flat rate for shipping/delivery in Calgary & Alberta is only $13.99. 

Domestic Orders

All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via CanadaPost in Canada. You have the option at checkout to choose which shipping method you require. All of our shipping rates are automatically courier calculated. Please ensure to write any notes in the comment section at the "Cart Page". We ensure that your package is delivered safely and undamaged. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout to overcome any delays of receiving your order.

International Orders:

We ship Hookah products internationally to places like the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Russia, Europe, Asia, Middle East and South America! Below are our international standards and regulations. Our international shipping vendor is CanadaPost and is then transferred to your National Postal services upon arrival in your country.


  • Customs fees may be applied based on your countries taxes and law regulations  (Your Country will determine duties if any apply)
  • Oxide Hookah has no control over customs holding your package or charging you extra taxes and fees.
  • You are responsible when placing an order in regards to country laws and regulations. Oxide Hookah will do its best in packaging your merchandise and ensuring it arrives to you safely and undamaged.
  • Estimated shipping at checkout is based on the estimated arrival of your order via the post office. We do not have control over estimated times due to customs of your country. Once orders leave our warehouse, we have no control over the arrival of your item. 
  • In a case where your package does arrive damaged, please contact us and we will put in a claim and send you a new package based on the circumstances. Evidence of damaged goods will be requested.
  • You are responsible for shipping to your own address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
